By using tempail.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

tempail.co provides temporary, disposable email addresses that receive messages on your behalf. Mail delivery is provided by the Mail.tm service. We provide the interface; Mail.tm provides the infrastructure.

Acceptable use

• You may use temporary addresses for signups, verifications, and protecting your primary inbox from spam.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, or distributing malicious content.
• You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Temporary addresses are not guaranteed to be private or secure. Do not use them for sensitive or legally binding communication.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that mail will arrive, that it will arrive on time, or that the service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tempail.co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including lost or undelivered messages.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established.
